Designed to be simple and intuitive for everyday use, enerdrive is a tool created to simplify the management of mobility energies. But like any rich, comprehensive and constantly evolving software solution, its use naturally comes with an ongoing need for support and guidance.

With user turnover, evolving usage patterns and the regular addition of new features, certain questions frequently arise. Not because the tool is complex, but because not all its possibilities are immediately known, used or fully leveraged.

Until now, answers mainly relied on documentation. Structured, comprehensive and essential, this documentation retains its full value. However, in the pace of daily work, it does not always provide an immediate answer at the exact moment the question arises.

The challenge is therefore clear: enabling every user to access the right information, at the right time, without interrupting their work or leaving the platform. It is with this objective in mind that we are now integrating an AI assistant named Iris directly into the heart of the enerdrive interface.

The arrival of AI in enerdrive: an integrated assistant

To address this need, enerdrive now introduces its first building block of artificial intelligence: Iris.

This evolution takes the form of an assistant directly accessible within the interface, through a dedicated bubble located at the bottom right of the screen. At any moment, users can ask a question and receive an immediate answer, without leaving the program or searching through documentation.

The objective is simple: simplify the daily use of enerdrive, improve onboarding and help every user gain autonomy, whether during their first uses or in more advanced scenarios.

An assistant designed for practical use

This assistant was designed to support users in their daily use of enerdrive. It can notably:

  • answer questions related to the use of the software;
  • explain how the different functionalities work;
  • guide users through their actions;
  • provide information about Tele-Naro services and the enerdrive sphere.

Accessible at all times, it provides immediate answers without interrupting ongoing work.

Users therefore gain autonomy and can more easily take advantage of all the program’s functionalities.

AI serving the user experience

The enerdrive AI assistant relies on a general knowledge base dedicated to the use of the software, as well as to the services and hardware solutions offered by Tele-Naro.

Designed as a simple and direct access point to useful information, Iris helps users better leverage the platform, understand its functionalities and quickly find answers in their daily use.

This approach makes it possible to offer relevant, fluid and accessible support directly within enerdrive.

Towards a new way of using enerdrive

With the integration of Iris, the enerdrive experience evolves. Access to information becomes more direct, fluid and natural, directly within the software. Users no longer need to interrupt their work to search for an answer: they can simply ask their question and receive immediate assistance exactly when the need arises.

This evolution marks an important step in the way users interact with enerdrive. It brings the tool even closer to its users by adapting more precisely to their real-life usage and daily needs.
